This MARAZZI Teramo Roseto 12 in. x 12 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile has high resistance to abrasion making it suitable for durable flooring in both residential and commercial settings in areas where dirt conditions exist, such as busy commercial kitchens, entryways and outdoor areas such as patios, hotels or exhibition rooms. The tile is also suitable for indoor or outdoor use and is frost resistant, providing a measure of installation flexibility to suit your need. The slip-resistance of the tile is marginal when wet and is recommended for residential use.

• Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 12 in. long x 12 in. wide x 5/16 in. thick
• Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and a slight variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .59 wet is marginally skid resistant for indoor use and is recommended for standard residential applications
