This MARAZZI Matera Lucano 18 in. x 18 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a smooth, matte finish with varying shades of brown highlighting a natural texture and pattern in the tile for a beautiful appearance to enhance any interior. Highly resistant to abrasion, this tile is suitable for heavy-duty floor installations such as in commercial kitchens, restaurants or hotels and in outdoor areas where some dirt conditions are present. The friction rating offers a slip-resistance that meets ADA guidelines for use in commercial settings to provide adequate traction.

- Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and a random variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms
- Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
- Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .63 wet is skid resistant for indoor or outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Guidelines
